Biometric Notice
Identity verification on nayboh includes a face-liveness check. Here's what happens to that data.
What is collected
A short video or set of images captured during your selfie step, processed by our verification vendor to confirm you are a live person and match your ID.
Where it lives
The raw biometric signals stay with the verification vendor. nayboh stores only the vendor's decision, a vendor reference token, and a hash needed to detect re-verification attempts.
Consent and retention
You will be asked to accept this notice explicitly before the liveness step begins. Retention windows and vendor identity will be finalized before live biometric verification is enabled — the biometric release gate must be signed first.
