What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), community and residency information, ID and selfie for verification, tasks and messages you send, and payment data handled by Stripe.
Biometric data
Face-liveness signals from identity verification are processed by our verification vendor and are not retained on nayboh servers beyond the vendor token needed to reference the result. See the biometric notice.
Retention
Retention windows for each category will be published here before live user onboarding is enabled.
